Just around the corner from Time Square and everything you'd want to be near. Restaurants, food vendors, shopping and entertainment. Check in was quick and I was upgraded to a bigger room on the 30th floor. The room was spacious, clean and staff were very friendly. Yubelka the maid was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Room service was on point and never disappointed. The cost was a bit high but I was there to treat myself to a wonderful experience and was satisfied. If you're on a budget, it's cheaper to eat out but if you do decide to use room service know that most of the food is enough for 2 people to share to help reduce cost. The bathroom was luxurious by my standard and has heated floors which is always a winner when stepping out of the shower or tub. The shower pressure was great and the space was big enough to fit 2-3 people. But be careful when using the shower as the floors are leveled with the shower so water will leak out from beneath the shower door. It's a perfect location for anyone looking to experience NY and I'm already planning a 2nd trip with the bestie!

Absolutely 5 star experience! We had a superior king room and it was perfect for our weekend stay. The room was set up so nicely, we especially loved the divider between the sleeping area and bathroom, adjustable lighting, and window nook. The staff were impeccable! From valet, to front desk we were treated like royalty. Definitely check the rooftop bar out during your stay, it's such a vibe with live music and amazing drinks! Plus the views are so beautiful, they even have blankets to keep you warm while enjoying the views outside. Thank you for making my birthday weekend one to remember!

10/10 I felt safe. The location is perfect for seeing time square, Broadway shows, hop on hop off tour buses. They're surrounded with eating places well in walking distance. The room was immaculate!!! Clean, fresh linens, and nice views. The staff was awesome, very polite attendants. There was security on the outside as you walked up to the front doors as well as the inside lobby. The Sessions restaurant and bar was a VIBE. Service was prompt and the drinks were poured with spunk and delightful conversation. The menu items were delicious too.

The hard rock Hotel in NYC was a fantastic way to kickstart my birthday. I was there for only one night, but definitely it was a great experience. From checking the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel itself is so elegant with the lobby being decorated as if you were in a museum. The rooms were so clean and had a beautiful sent right when you open the door to make you feel as if you were on an oasis. I especially loved the rooftop Terrace which also was a bar. while it does get very busy, you are able to utilize the stand-up tables without a reservation and still be able to take advantage of the skyline of New York City. Which was definitely what I did during my stay. On top of that, the gym was fantastic with modern equipment and was great for a workout in a hotel. I loved how the hotel was constructed and how the staff and the hotel were fantastic and definitely went above and beyond, and made my birthday experience and unforgettable one. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the city and I will definitely plan to return in the future.

It has actually been a month since I’ve visited the Hard Rock Hotel in NYC and needed to write a review to share my upmost gratitude and appreciation for how I was treated. I actually had a reservation at the Hyatt in Times Square, cancelled it the day before my trip, and paid in full to the Hard Rock Hotel. Never stayed at the property but decided to take a chance. I arrived May 8 around 4pm and the gentleman who was at the front desk was beyond kind, friendly and took care of me to celebrate my belated birthday trip I treated myself to go see 4 Broadway Shows. The stay at the hotel was AMAZING!! I loved the entire vibe of the room and felt like a rockstar myself. The staff, spoke every time I arrived and left the hotel. And most importantly, the hotel was quiet!!! Not a peep from anyone around me. I will definitely return to this hotel! Location is right in Times Square and perfect for the typical NYC tourist. 10/10!!!!!!
