I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend booking the Club Level. The view from the Club lounge is amazing and something special to enjoy. The club reception on the 41st floor makes the check-in easy and pleasant. Candy was very kind and helpful during my visit. At the ground floor reception, Maria gave great advice on things to do in Hong Kong. She was friendly, helpful, and even spoke some French, which was a nice surprise. All the staff were very warm and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel is also very close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this was a great experience thanks to the attentive service and beautiful surroundings. Many thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable.

Great service across the whole hotel. All the staff were always prompt, friendly and helpful. We got stuck here during typhoon Ragasa 2025 and they took appropriate measures and gave us information needed to stay safe. Our room had a minor leak after the storm but the windows were strong all across the rooms and lobby and no flooding happened. The next day they moved us to new rooms. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the vibe and rooms are 80s older style which I generally don’t prefer, but even then its very well kept and new in function

It's worth the money to stay at the harbour club floor. I can access the harbour club lounge with a delicious breakfast buffet, relaxing afternoon tea, and unlimited wine/cocktail plus snacks in evening cocktail. I can see the wonderful skyline of HK from the club lounge. The room was clean and housekeeping service was excellent. The location of this hotel was great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Many options of transportation such as subway, bus, tram stations are all within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. During my 2-week of staying, I experienced number 10 typhoon signal in HK that restricted all people stay in the hotel. The staff were very professional by providing excellent service and a safe environment to all hotel guests. I especially thank for the service of Siyi, Mandy, Carman, Queenie, Gigi and all staff that made me feel like home while travelling away from home. I stayed in many hotels in this chain, Harbour Plaza. I think this one is the best. I'll come back in the future.

We had a perfect stay in the Harbour Grand. The observation deck that is open to hotel guests is mesmerizing. We were very lucky with the weather, so the sunsets were stunning. But the whole experience was made perfect by the attentive staff. We would like to highlight Mandy (from the restaurant reception of restaurant 188), who was eager to get us a place to sit after the fireworks during busy national day. And on the ground floor Adrian from the lobby was so supportive to get us a taxi in rush hour. We think that the very positive interaction with all the staff made our stay perfect.

Receptionist Maria is truly a great asset to this hotel. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is sorted for you, from your stay arrangements to tips on getting around the city. Her professionalism and warmth leave a lasting impression. However, once you enter the room, it is a little disappointing to find that a hotel of this rank does not provide complimentary water or a full set of toiletries. The bed is comfortable, and the harbour view offers a nice, relaxing vibe. That said, the décor and facilities are showing signs of age, and the property could benefit from some modern updates to match its 5-star rating.
