We stayed 2 nights in total. The staff are helpful and friendly, room is clean and tidy breakfast has a great selection to choose. The location is close to everything walking distance. The hotel let us leave our luggage when we left for sapa for tour very handy

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Rooms were a little small but that was my only complaint. If you visit this is a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The highlight was the exceptional service—Sarah Thanh at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

Loved the stay and highly recommend!! Especially the wonderful staff member Ms. Thanh who helped in providing the amenities this hotel offers. Overall wonderful experience and would come back!
