Was there for two nights and we loved it. The hotel is conveniently located and walkable to many attractions. The rooms were nicely layered out and very clean. Also offered plenty of amenities. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Chester. He guided us on all the places we wanted to see and also recommended things we should try out. If you want good local recommendations, Chester is your guy. Highly recommend Tirant hotel to anyone. Also really recommend trying their evening tea.

Such a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the old quarter! The staff was great, very friendly and the check-in procedure smooth. We didn’t have time to enjoy tea time in the sky bar but our parents did and they had a lovely experience. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, a nice variety of food and very delicious! My parents also had a Massage at the spa and were very happy and relaxed.

The rooms are beautiful and everything worked perfectly (water, air conditioning, fridge etc). The service is very thorough and friendly. The included breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL. The wide array of choices is insane. The noodle soup was my favourite by far, but there are also pastries, cooked breakfast (both Vietnamese and western), canapes, fresh fruits, a juice bar, cereal, omelettes made to order, and more! The pool on the roof is quite small, but the views from the roof are nice, as are the cocktails. The location is very convenient.

Fantastic 7 nights here. Close to the lake and Eat street just around the corner. Had an accident on steps up to the small up top pool and cut toe. Staff were excellent at bandaging me up and taking care of me and even getting a doctor who supplied medication etc. Very very.... grateful to Don and Hana in relation to the above and all the other kind and considerate staff for our whole seven nights stay. The only issue I have is that I won't be able to stay anywhere else if I get the opportunity to come to Han Oi again. So do yourself a favour and come stay at this fantastic Hotel.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, wonderful smiles from both reception staff and bell boys. Hotel location is amazing, right smack in the middle of so many shopping streets. Massage spas are also just a stones throw away — one right beside and one across the street. Buffet breakfast has different things everyday so you will always have something new to try. Stayed in a family room which was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in — as long as your family can decide who showers first as there is only one shower ?
