I really liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, and there was a rooftop bar with a great vibe and an amazing view. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and I was happy to get a room with a nice view. In the mornings, they offered free coffee and tea, which was a great touch. The only downside was that getting around without a car or public transportation could be a bit challenging. Breakfast was quite expensive, so I skipped it, but overall, it was a great experience.

Hands down my favorite place to stay in NYC. I've stayed in the regular rooms and in the themed room at the top - both are quite an amazing experience. I love this hotel so much. The bar downstairs is a gorgeous library themed bar and the upstairs bar has the most amazing views of NYC. The rooftop bar can get a little 'clubby' on the weekends, but I can still appreciate that energy. The staff are outstanding! Checking in is painless and very welcoming. I would highly recommend people stay here.

Such a wonderful gem on Roosevelt Island! The hotel was beautiful with such interesting art installations and amazing views throughout! The restaurant in the lobby was excellent and the bar on the top floor had a great atmosphere and drinks surrounded by incredible views. I would also like to give a shout out to the incredibly nice and hospitable staff; thank you Wendy for turning my trip around by your kindness! The hotel felt like an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to experience Roosevelt Island. While it wasn’t as easy to get around as being on Manhattan, the tram and F train were easily accessible and there were plenty of ride shares available. I loved my stay and can’t wait to go back!

Excellent hotel in terms of value and modernity. Roosevelt Island is a fantastic reprieve from busy Manhattan. I appreciated the Hilton Diamond upgrade to a suite with a view. I did not get to try Panorama sky bar but I will next time. Breakfast quality exceeded my expectations as well. If you are willing to walk to the F train or tram, consider staying here. Taxis and Ubers are easy to get, but take a while to traverse the roads in and around the bridges. If walking or cars are your preferred means of transit, this may not be the hotel for you.

The Graduate by Hilton New York was a great place to stay. Everyone from the parking attendants, front desk, and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Manny was at the front desk when we checked in, he was great and I particularly appreciated the text from him later that evening to check in on me to see how everything was going. I have stayed in a lot of places, and this was the first time this has happened and it was a really nice touch. The view from our room was fantastic of the West Canal. I must also add that the iron in the was the best I have used in years. They have a great on site restaurant also. I highly recommend staying here and will keep this on my list.
