Very helpful staff, we stayed for a night forgot our flash drive. 2 days later I contacted the property for it and they parceled it back to me right away. price is also very good for such a big room that was clean and also comes with bathtub.

A nice quiet place inbetween Pattaya and Jomtien. Good wifi speed. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. 711 and Tops nearby. You'll be doing a few long uturns as it is one way out front. Also regular weekend sobriety check points nearby and on the way.

Very good rooms for the price, everything you need and very nice staff. Location is ideal too. I’ll be back.

We had a great stay at Golden Villa! The three guys at the reception were super friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. Special shoutout to the cleaning lady — she saw us coming back from the club at 6AM and waited until we woke up around 4PM to clean the room. That’s real respect and service. The room was spacious, with a bathtub, a balcony, and a slight old-wood smell but honestly nothing too bad. It felt cozy and chill. ✅ Wi-Fi was really good — around 10Mb/s with stable ping, perfect for working remotely ✅ AC works perfectly ✅ You can smoke on the balcony — cigarettes or… better ? ✅ Only 5 minutes from the city center and 20 mins walk to the Pattaya nightlife ✅ And most importantly — it’s cheap! Super affordable for everything you get Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something calm, friendly, cheap, and well located in Pattaya. We’ll definitely be back!
