I see many bad reviews about the hotel, so here is my opinion: Hotel is a 2 star and you should not expect too much luxury. Some rooms are indeed without windows, but these are budget rooms. I reserved luxury rooms, which were clean and big enough for one person. If you want a bit more space and a window, take luxury room. Bathroom is a bit funny, because shower and toilet are practically together. There is a nice terrace on the 5th floor. Hotel is located in an alley accross coffee shop and is very easyto find. Even in the evening it feels very safe. Location is great - not too much noise, but just 200 m from Buin Vien. Staff is nice. I give them 4 stars for whole performance, considering it is a 2 star hotel.

Great hotel for the price. The best location in downtown of Saigon close to metro station and all tourist activities. Rooms are small but very clean, ac works great, service is friendly. Perfect for one or two people for a short stay.
