Rooms are spacious and clean. Everything was working well. Breakfast was nice, with a good spread. All hotel staff are super nice and helpful, very friendly too! Hotel is right next to Gurney plaza, there are a few exits that directly connect the hotel to Gurney Plaza. Easily connects you to different parts of Penang, and good hawker food. Nice gym and infinity pool. A bit sad that the sea view from rooms would be blocked by private residences once it’s built. But definitely would book G hotel if we are visiting Penang.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the mall was just next door, making it easy to find food. The service was excellent. On 29/05 during check-out, I realized that I had lost my cardholder and became extremely anxious. At that moment, I didn’t even think to ask the front desk if they had found a lost item. While I was rushing around, one of the front desk staff came forward and asked if I had lost a cardholder. I’m especially grateful to the two front desk staff members—thanks to their sharp observation, they returned it to me, saving me a lot of trouble. This is truly five-star service, absolutely worth it! ❤️❤️

The stay was absolutely enjoyable. The room is clean, perfect breakfast, the service made me feel like home. Here will be my go-to option when I come back to Penang next time.

We had a wonderful staycation at G Hotel Penang! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a beautiful view and thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. The location is perfect, just next to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon, so shopping and food were all within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool and the relaxing ambience throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious. It was the perfect getaway without leaving the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Penang!
