We had a great stay at this modern hotel, and we really liked its design. Our room was spacious, which was especially nice since we were traveling as a group of three. The room was in great condition and cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast was good, though the selection could have been a bit wider, especially when it comes to vegan options. A big plus was the freshly made coffee and the variety of omelets made to order. The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but still within walking distance. However, the air quality in Ho Chi Minh City is quite poor, which makes walking less enjoyable. A special thank you to Kiet for the excellent customer service! He always remembered our group and genuinely took an interest in how we were doing. Also, a big thank you to the hotel staff for surprising me with a cake pop on my birthday—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special!

It's unexpectedly nice (credit to my wife for finding this). The room feels very homey and has some nice touches, like freshly ground coffee and a bathtub. That might seem like a random two things but I'm a fan of both. Service was great, they were very attentive and quick. Everything is done with a smile. The cleaning of the room was done well and thoroughly. Oh and before I forget, the breakfast was top notch. Not much to critique! Well deserved 5 stars IMO

We stayed here in February and had an amazing experience! The staff was lovely and made us feel very welcomed. Big thank you to Ms. Tram at the front desk. My husband got sick during our stay and she helped me look for a pharmacy that sold the medicine I needed. She also helped me ask the restaurant staff to prepare a light porridge for my husband to eat while he was sick. The rooms were nice and comfortable but the lovely staff definitely made our stay more special.

Very nice & cozy hotel on a beautiful street. It's quiet & has light traffic throughout the day. However, I have to strongly reconsider booking here again if I stay in Saigon next time. This room has AC & ceiling fan. The AC barely makes the room cool while the ceiling fan is way too strong. The fan's speed is NOT adjustable. At the end of the trip, I ended up having a sore throat due to the strong fan. This issue has to be fixed.

We stayed 2 nights and found the room, good and service all excellent: We stayed family room 1008 with our young daughters and it was perfect. Great view of the park and city. From check in staff to dining staff, everyone was lovely and helpful. Linh especially always greeted us with a smile and was amazing with our children. If we find ourselves in HCMC again we old definitely stay there ?
