I came to this hotel for anniversary, and requested to take care of my wife. Hotel made room astonished. Such a beautiful hotel, my room was very luxury, and the service of the staff was just like a 5 star hotel. This 4 star hotel, i would definitely recommend to people. Hotel has lots of events, and roof top is amazing. The quality of Food is spectacular, very tasty! 100% recommend to dine in Hotel.

Very nice hotel! Staff is excellent, everything I ate from the restaurant was delicious, breakfast was great with a ton of variety. Bed was comfy! They graciously stored my luggage for me numerous times as I traveled to other places around Vietnam.

5-star hotel staff! We had a great stay at this hotel. However, the location, amenities and hotel condition are more of a 3-star hotel. I gave them 4 stars because the staff was truly incredible. They really try to make your stay the best possible. The pool area, gym restaurant need improvement. Overall a great stay. I would stay here again.

We held a meeting at FTE Ba Dinh Hotel and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The meeting room was very small and cramped, with a pillar in the middle that made the layout even more challenging. We came a day earlier to set up, but no hotel staff were available to assist us, so we had to handle everything ourselves. When we requested additional tables, we were told there were none available. Some of the tablecloths provided were visibly dirty, and when we asked for replacements, we were again told that they didn’t have any. We also experienced several issues with the microphone during the event, which disrupted our sessions. Lunch was okay, though by the time we went down to eat, the food was already a bit cold. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations for a professional meeting venue.
