Fraser suites is about 15 minutes from downtown, maybe 30 from the airport with traffic. Arrived on time for check in, room wasn’t ready, they said they’d call, they didn’t. Waited 90 minutes back to reception still not ready. Manager upgraded my room to a suite & WOW, just beautiful. Wish I’d been staying longer. Gorgeous view of downtown & the river, immaculate throughout. Breakfast was OK for $32, dinner was terrible. Parking under for $30. Staff throughout the hotel were polite & warm. Need to seriously fix the lifts though… so so slow.

Room are spacious and clean. Lobby cafe serve nice coffee and hot chocolate. Service staffs are friendly and attentive. Only downside there is not enough car parks lots in the hotel. Pay Street parking lots are available.

Very nice place to stay in Perth. Modern, classy & clean with spacious rooms that have everything you need. Lucky enough to receive a room with great views! Service was perfect, car parking available & while I didn't try the restaurant or casual bar I'm sure I will upon next visit in town. My new place to stay in Perth!

Beautiful rooms with balcony on the swan river, amazing view, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend. My only niggle is that they advertise a spa- I’ve stated twice in last couple of weeks and remains broken, I asked when due to be fixed and staff couldn’t tell me. Disappointing as I was looking to book for my father but he loves a spa so now have to look elsewhere. I would also expect some discount if all the facilities they advertise are not actually available. The pool and gym made the difference to me choosing Fraser’s and not another hotel closer to the city.

Exceptional stay at Fraser Suites. Rooms are modern, spotless, and spacious — with stunning views over the Swan River Kitchenette and laundry in-room made it feel like a home away from home Staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist The indoor pool, sauna, and gym were a great bonus Easy access to the riverfront, Optus Stadium, and nearby cafes Perfect base for families or work trips. Quiet, comfortable, and well worth it. Would absolutely stay again.
