I really love this hotel. The bed & pillow so soft & comfortable. The room so spacious. The breakfast spread are good. The staff from concierge, front desk, house keeping all very nice & soft spoken. The staff named Medina from the Relish Bistro also nice ?

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Residence Menteng. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the service at Relish Bistro — Anggraini and the rest of the team were attentive, warm, and professional throughout my visit. We had a wonderful overnight stay! The room, though a studio, felt very spacious and had a luxurious feel with all the amenities we could want. The kitchen and laundry facilities were especially convenient for a quick stopover. Although the laundry machine was a bit noisy and tended to move around, it did the job perfectly. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A special shoutout to our server, Anggaraini, who was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and attentive, making our breakfast experience even better!

The breakfast team was very kind, and the reception staff were also helpful and welcoming. I’m particularly impressed with the cleanliness of my room, as I’m quite particular about hygiene. My room was always spotless, thanks to Yoga, who did an outstanding job. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean and comfortable. It was always a pleasure to return to a neat and well-kept room. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and grateful for the quality of service during my stay.
