Great hotel, very convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the station, decent rooms, excellent breakfasts. I didn’t experience a single bit of discomfort. Inside the station building and nearby, there are nice shops where you can find souvenirs, cosmetics, and food to take home from Korea.

The location was great. It has an underground tunnel that connects to Seoul Station. The breakfast was great and all you can eat. The house keeping was great too. Each bed was made everyday and they made sure that the room was super clean.

Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Station is centrally located, allowing you to go from Incheon to your hotel room with ease. First and foremost, I chose this hotel for the location. I wanted a hotel that allowed me to have access to Seoul, and this hotel is perfectly positioned in the middle of everything, making it easy to go to meetings, visit tourist sights, and relax. The walk is about 20 minutes from exiting the train to the hotel, but you never go outside. You just have to find Exit 12, and the hotel is right there. Next, the staff is attentive. There are so many staff members ready to help you. I had many questions answered by the front desk. The rooms are super efficient. I opted for a room with a bathtub to soak in after a long flight. They even have amazingly fast wireless internet for Zoom meetings and English TV stations. The rooms have great views of Seoul with windows that open. It was cold outside, and getting some fresh air was nice. There is a nice gym and a laundry room for guests to do their own self-service laundry as well. I was very excited to stay here and will plan to come again because this hotel is all about convenience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything felt smooth from the moment I arrived. This will be my go-to hotel in Seoul from now on.

It's a good hotel, located close to Seoul Station and the metro, and it's easy to find (if you know how to. It took us close to an hour to get there from the Station). If you arrive by the metro from the airport follow the signs for Exit 12 (black numbers on yellow panels, Seoul Station has 15 exits). It may take you from 10 to 20 minutes depending on your speed. Exit 12 is at the end the underground metro underground passage, and then you will see the Four Points sign and enter another passage about 500 feet long. You will have to go thru a couple of glass door sets and almost at the end of it you will see a sign hanging off the ceiling and pointing to the left. You will find the elevators there. Go to Floor 19 to the front desk. The room was rather small but comfortable, showing signs of wear and tear. The staff were nice and very helpful.
