Convenient location at the heart of Malacca's Jonker Street. The room is furnished with the necessary items like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and towels. If you are planning to have a short stay, this is a good place to go. However, it is not wheelchair accessible nor elderly friendly because you need to climb up 2 flights of stairs to reach the reception counter, there's no lift. Overall, a good place for short trips if you don't mind the stairs!

Nice hotel located along Jonker Street. Easy access to many tourist attractions and food establishments. Clean cosy rooms and quiet environment. Friendly stalls. Reasonable pricing. Definitely worth staying.

So it all boils down to Alex’s service. His experience as a local helped us wonderfully. The google reviews are a haphazard mixture of locals and tourists, and Alex has helped me weeding the unnecessary info so as to let my stay in Malacca be more enjoyable. The hotel building itself is a restored old structure, so I can’t comment much on its limited amenities.

Great location. The room is basic and it is clean. If not fussy, this is actually a good choice for its price.
