Might be silly, but this is the first time I’ve had a robe supplied within a hotel room and that small thing means I will remember this hotel forever ☺︎ Everything else - the bed, TV, balcony area etc were clean and well presented. The jet bath looked amazing but we didn't get around to trying it, nor the pool that looked even better ?

Unfortunately the bath room floor had long black hair left behind. Pretty clear the bath room floor was not cleaned. Other than that the towels were lovely and soft and the bed was very comfy. Staff were nice and when I informed them about the hair they were very apologetic and offered free drink cards, which was a nice gesture. It’s a great location with everything you need walking distance. We had dinner there the fish was beautiful fresh and tasty.

Good breakfast on offer. Fantastic location between the beach of Fremantle and old sections. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Disliked · The hotel decor is very tired and outdated. It needs a massive renovation to bring it up to a hotel standard for the price. This was disappointing particularly as we had stayed at much better appointed accommodation prior to this. Corridors needed more frequent cleaning as there were often bits of paper or debris on the carpet. Breakfast not until 7am on Saturdays and Sundays and staff were not flexible for even 10 minutes early. This was annoying as we had an early start to get to our flight on time.
