I really recommend this place , it's great value for money. The rooms are clean, modern, lots of appliances (kettle, electric stove, washing machine) , the beds are very comfortable. On top of that, the service was great. I accidentally booked a room in another Era apartment in Hanoi to extend my stay and I had already paid online. The manager handled everything with the other place so I could stay in the same hotel without paying any extra. I would stay in an Era apartment again if I came back to Hanoi.

I was on a bicycle trip and stayed here for two weeks. Resting, taking in the sights and getting my bicycle serviced in Hanoi. Location is very central. My room was like a mini apartment with outdoor kitchen area on the patio, with hot plate and kettle. Bowls, plates, glasses and some cutlery. Also had a washing machine on the patio. Very clean and quiet building. There's also secure garage parking in the basement! Really enjoyed my stay. The manager Vu Dung was super nice and helpful as well!
