This was my second stay at this hotel. Stayed this time with family l. Neat and clean rooms, great service. Good free parking is available in the basement. They have a good shuttle service also. Value for money. The complete experience from booking, checkin till checkout was great. Thanks.

I had a pleasant stay at Elaf Bakkah Hotel. The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was clean but quite small. I paid SAR 300 for a 2-night stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with a public bus stop right in front offering free rides to the Haram at any time. However, the room’s air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, which was quite disruptive. Thanks

Great hotel location wise, staff is friendly and helpful. I had a water leakage issue in the washroom which was fixed immediately upon information. Elevators are not that crowded. 24/7 buses are available just in front of the hotel. Restaurants are available within walking distance. Overall I had a great experience.
