Great location w/ access to multiple public transport options. The A21 airport bus stop is conveniently just a few steps away (less walking!) and takes about the same amount of time vs. if you took the Airport Express to Kowloon Station + public transport to the hotel. Attentive and pleasant staff. The twin room we stayed at on the 20th floor was well lit and had a lot of power outlets. Only issues were that the room interiors were a bit outdated (it looks so different from the public areas) and there was no bidet in the bathroom.

I would stay there again and again and again! Fully staff, quick service, sweet housekeeping, front desk are helpful, free coffee from 3-4 pm, complimentary wine but we don’t drink. Love the gym, pool, and food hall! And the community library is a bonus! My friend and I stay for 3 weeks and it is as great! Good job eaton’s management!

We had a wonderful time at Eaton HK. The staff are great (esp Abdu!), the included breakfast was one of the best I've had, and we booked directly with the hotel so we also got 100 HKD dining credit to use in their food court. Eaton is a wonderful space, not just a hotel, and even without leaving the hotel you feel like you're in the hub of action. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the location is excellent. HIGHLY recommend booking directly on the hotel website.
