My sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from the front desk staff - Alfie during my recent stay at the hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure I have a comfortable stay, including a breakfast box when he heard I am unable to make it for breakfast due to my flight timing. I was given complimentary drinks on my last night of stay as well. The interior of the facility is not the best and the room size with upgrade to corner room is smaller than expected. There is no member lounge in this facility which is a huge disappointment and the interior of the rooms feels dated. The location is convenient - close enough to shopping mall or CBD but the area is rowdy especially on weekends. You expect to see / hear drunk people screaming at the street using weekends since you re surrounded by night clubs. The property only deserve a 3 star rating at best given that at the same price range, you can stay at Doubletree Hilton Waterfront or Pan Pacific (double the room size) among other hotels with lounge access and more conducive environment. The 5 star rating is given for Alfie for the outstanding service I received during my stay here in Perth. Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds. It’s right in the heart of town and despite that, I had a great night’s sleep. I was on the fifth floor. Breakfast was plentiful but a little on the lukewarm side. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Quick 2 day trip, was contacted via text by hotel staff confirming booking and all. Check in staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Got an upgrade to a larger room with Hilton Gold Status. Rooms were fantastic and well appointed. WiFi worked very well and staff were super helpful with requests from more water bottles/ dental kits to extra Doubletree cookies. Really enjoyed my stay here, the location is fantastic and the service is great! With status I got a late checkout but texting them letting them know I was a tad late they were happy to push that back! Great customer service! Breakfast buffet was a great spread as well, would be great when I was seated they would inform me eggs to order/ omelette is on the table. Otherwise amazing!
