**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Perfect in Every Way!** My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur was absolutely outstanding! From the warm welcome with their signature chocolate chip cookie to the impeccable service throughout my visit, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the luxurious experience. What truly stood out was the staff’s hospitality—every team member was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a fantastic variety of local and international dishes. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—close to major attractions, shopping, and dining spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return on my next trip to KL. **Highly recommended!**

Great staff, amazing warm cookies, and very clean. The buffet was good, being in a mall was surprisingly convenient, and the location was great! For a 5 star hotel there’s some small improvements that need to be made, like free wifi at full speeds (it’s 2025 cmon), streaming apps like Netflix’s in the TV’s although you can hook up HDMI cable or if you use an Android you can cast to it. And finally, the pool doesn’t get much sun which is a shame. But overall I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently had meeting event at the DoubleTree by Hilton and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Ms. Chen from the Sales team and Mr. Aiman from Banquet for their excellent service. Ms. Chen gave very clear and helpful information during my event. She was professional and made everything easy to understand. Mr. Aiman showed great hospitality and went out of his way to help me find some medicine when I needed it. His kindness and support really made a difference. Overall, the service at this hotel was very good. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to Ms. Chen and Mr. Aiman for their great work!

Thanks all staffs for the good service. From counter staff, waiter, waitress to chefs.. most were friendly and helpful. Especially Remy, Syu, Rajesvari, They make our 5 nights stay here that's feels like home! Food options were many in the breakfast buffet! It was delicious and really good as compared to most of the hotels that we have been to. However, it will be good if they could provide more food changes in the different days as it seems that they only have 2 menus that they alternate. Most of the food were mainly carbs as well. Good to provide for vegetables and meat options.

I've stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton a few times, and my recent short vacation there was excellent. My daughter really enjoyed the kids’ pool, though I did notice there weren’t many chairs around for parents to sit and monitor their kids. What stood out the most this time was the warm hospitality at Tosca Restaurant. I didn’t manage to get the names of the two gentlemen (both in light blue uniforms), but their service and attitude were truly exceptional. Overall, the Hilton brand never fails to impress me. Looking forward to coming back again. P/s: hope the hotel can consider to open up a kids club to attract more young families
