Great hotel with super large room and comfortable bed. However we had a hiccup during check in when there are not enough bedsheets and towels so our check in was slightly delayed . However the staff was very patient to explain and comfort us for this inconvenience. The pool on the top floor has a beautiful view overlooking the twin towers of KL. The con is only the lift which is slow and only two lifts to accommodate everyone in the building , there will be a slight wait during peak season.

My wife and i had a great staycation here. Location is very nice, far enough from bustling sound of the city center. The room is spacious, tidy & neat. The AC works well, ample of hangers given. The breakfast that we had has many choices and delicious, maybe just need to work on stale pastries. The swimming pool offers magnificent view of Istana Negara & KL skyscrapers.
