All the receptionist are very accommodating and friendly, they really give their best to accomodate their costumers nicely. Most especially Sir JayAr one of the receptionist of this hotel. His very kind and caring to his costumers.

the room is spacious and nice, the location is also strategic. the receptionist is very nice especially the one who has night shift, i forgot to ask his name but he is very nice and very helpful! ??

Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends haha so comfy even the room is small but still comfy & cozy to sleep *for me hehe also SO CLEAN!! & the staff is so nice and friendly thats why i choose to come back haha btw my friend also recommend me this hotel so this is her 2nd time stay here. Fyi the room is no soundproof ya so don’t be too loud especially if you’re on call it could be heard from the hallway. For the location, is so strategic to foods & shopping centre not far from the hotel?
