This is a unsolicited review. I only review exceptional stays (mainly because the staff deserves to be recognized by the leadership of big chains), and this was one of them. I have lived in Beijing for nearly 12 years and know the entire hotel landscape well. The staff at this hotel - reception, doormen, housekeeping (a special thank you to the 5th floor staff), and breakfast - all deserve to indeed be commended and given bonuses/raises. A flawless stay, a wonderful option near PEK. Highly recommend for people transiting. Keep up the great work and reward your great staff!

I would rate my airport hotel as excellent. The accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities provided made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant advantage, making it easy for me to catch my flight. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to others!

We had a connecting flight from Beijing airport, flying from Tokyo to London and chose this hotel to stay one night. We had no issue with finding the shuttle bus outside Terminal 3. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. We rested very well and had a great breakfast in the morning. The receptionists spoke English a bit but there were a few times they needed a translator. However they were very helpful.

I stayed there for one night. The staff are AMAZING!!! Facility is fairly new, location is great. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the hotel would not turn on the AC..... And i understand that this is something beyond the staff members' authority. They did what they could do, such as bringing me a fan, upgrading me to a suite... One of the managers, Jessie, was super attentive and definitely went above and beyond! I'd stay there again cuz of these wonderful people!
