The lamb is so tender and delicious. Cooking the lamb in the hot pot for few seconds and it's ready. Nice sesame dipping sauce which is the best match with lamb.

Very good combination of shabu shabu and barbeque food. It's Halal with beer! The grilled mutton is to die for! Definitely not to be missed!

絕對是北京最好吃的涮羊肉館子，沒有之一，甩南門N條街！ 牛街最老字號的清真涮羊肉就是聚寶源了，全都是正宗的清真屠宰的牛羊，涮的時候幾乎不起沫。推薦手切鮮羊肉，久煮不老，吃起來非常鮮嫩可口，沒有膻味。到飯點幾乎總是要人山人海，想要吃一定要早點兒去排隊。服務熱情，而且最重要的價格非常實惠，性價比極高！

今は下記に移転しています。 36 Guangshun N St, 36, Chaoyang, Beijing, 中国 100102 石炭を焚いて熱する火鍋。 低炭素化と逆行する流れですが、鍋の味は逸品。 特にラム肉は軟骨を一部残してコリコリとした食感を出しつつ、ジューシーな肉の味を楽しめます。 火鍋はハイディラオが有名ですが、こちらはそれを上回る味。 お勧めです。

Very nice beijing style hotpot. Can try the spicy and normal broth. Prices are reasonable and the sesame sauce is tasty. Both the lamb and beef were tender. The atmosphere is typical chinese style where everyone will be talking loud and some idiots as usual will start smoking cigarettes inside.
