During our visit the air conditioning could be a bit cooler. We had it checked but room was just in room temperature. There were some dirt on the towels when we arrived. Also shower is a bit on the small side. The queen beds were comfortable but they didn’t have a firm pillow option. They just gave me a memory pillow instead. Breakfast was good and the cafe downstairs offers good pastries and cakes. Rooftop bar was lovely. Location of the hotel is more on the financial district, but easy to book uber. Service was very good. Pool locker/wet area was small. Nice that they have a golf simulator!

Extremely comfortable and pleasant stay here! ??? The room is spacious, gym is huge with great facilities and their room service food is yummy. Turn down service is quick and efficient. Feel very at ease and peaceful staying here. Will come back again!

The rooms are clean and presentable. It also had excellent views. However, the fixtures have not been well maintained. The tables are peeling off and the door seals for the shower wasn’t keeping the water in. The service is excellent. Requests are handled very quickly. The tea provided during turndown service was great. The breakfast didn’t have much variety but was overall satisfying. Overall, I had a great stay. The service was fantastic but rooms need to be better maintained

This was our third time staying at the Conrad. We really like this hotel. The customer service is top notch. They refer to you by last name and leave nice notes if you are celebrating a special event. Room is spacious , bed and pillows are very comfortable, bathroom is much larger than normal hotels. We were upgraded to King with a river view as Hilton diamond status. * note : breakfast is now served in the executive lounge. The food is still good but a much smaller and less variety compared to the dining room that was used previously. The original breakfast was something to experience. Asian , western, European , American options available. I hope they bring it back.

Incredible service the entire stay. Easy check-in, bags were up to my room quickly, great room, everything was top notch. I came back to my room the third day to find the housekeeper had taking the receipts I left on the desk and put them perfectly straight in an envelope. The cords for my chargers were coiled and stacked neatly on the nightstand. Both little things, but representative of the entire experience. Fantastic workout facilities. The hotel connects to the subway system through the IFC Mall - it took me a couple days to figure that out, but it means you can get on the subway without ever having to go outside. That being said, the only downside is it is about 20-30 minutes to most of the really great markets, but I'd definitely stay here again.
