Our room was spacious and perfect for our family, allowing us to stay comfortably throughout our trip. Additionally, the prompt and efficient room service further enhanced our travel experience. A special thank you to the staff member at the pool who kindly took our photos—thanks to them, we now have beautiful memories to cherish from our stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Conrad Macau, and despite the short duration, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I’ve stayed at Conrad Dubai, and Conrad Las Vegas prior, and the experience at Conrad Macau was unsurpassed elsewhere. A special mention goes to Chris (front desk) & Alice (Concierge), who both went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and personalized recommendations made all the difference. Whether it was assisting with early check-in, providing the Hilton Gold experience and perks, personalized reservations or providing local insights, service was truly five-star. Another standout was Pan, who made sure my room was perfectly set up. He thoughtfully provided extra water and even surprised us with personalized Conrad Macau bears, which was such a wonderful touch. These small gestures really made me feel valued as a guest.. The room itself was elegantly designed, with the signature Conrad luxury touches that make every stay feel indulgent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided added to the overall sense of relaxation. Even though I was only there for one night, the level of service and hospitality left a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay.

Big complex. Rooms with space and very clean and tidy with all amenities. Let down by overpriced breakfast options in the restaurant. Staff too obsessed with vouchers and making sure you’ve paid instead of customer service and comfort Heated pool is nice and overall a great place for kids

A luxurious hotel and casino complex offers an extensive array of shops and dining establishments. Our hotel room provided a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, featuring two queen-sized beds and ample room space. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience as our room was not ready at the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time. We were informed that the room would be available for our use at 4:00 PM.
