We had the pleasure of meeting Rachel Ho during our wedding venue search, and we were truly impressed by her professionalism and expertise in wedding planning. Rachel was incredibly thorough in walking us through every detail of what our wedding would look like if we chose Concorde Hotel — from the layout and flow of the day, to menu options and special touches. Her knowledge and clarity gave us great confidence in the planning process. Definitely a good deal!!!! Although we ultimately didn’t select Concorde due to the ballroom not being able to accommodate the number of tables we needed, our experience with Rachel stood out. She made both us and our parents feel comfortable from the very first meeting — warm, personable, and attentive to everyone’s concerns. She took the time to understand our needs and was never pushy, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your big day and will guide you through with both heart and experience, I strongly recommend Rachel!!

Fantastic location, right on Orchard road, close to numerous malls. Spacious, well appointed rooms. House keeping staff is extremely helpful and are willing to do anything to make your stay comfortable - the lady on the phone would always be so polite and enthusiastic about any request you had, real champs. I felt the breakfast buffet could have a little more variety on different days - it pretty much stays the same. But great hotel, great service and great value overall

Great place to stay on Orchard Road. Value for money. Breakfast options were very good. For dinner on one night, the chef made some great Indian foods, which my family enjoyed. Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to several shopping malls and restaurants around. Cleanliness in the restaurant can be improved particularly the dark coloured tables. The hotel is highly recommended. It has a strategic location with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are clean and spacious. The service is excellent. Initially, we were given rooms on opposite ends of the floor, which made communication difficult even though we were on the same floor. We requested to change rooms, and they accommodated us, even though we had to wait an hour, we eventually got rooms next to each other. The room at the end of the hall was smaller compared to the other, possibly a leftover space. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable, and there was also a terrace. All the staff were friendly.

A hotel located within minutes from malls, convenient to get food. Near the train as well. The hotel may look old but the rooms look new! And very clean as well. There’s filtered tap water so that’s really good if you’re a heavy water drinker like me!
