Booked this hotel due to it's close proximity to Taipei Main station . So pleased that i chose this hotel, not just for the great location (an easy walk to the station) but for many other reasons such as a very comfortable bed, quiet room, lovely bathroom with extremely powerful shower ! tea coffee & bottled water in room (plus tea, coffee and snacks and use of kitchen at any time.) A laundry room which we used once. My best memory of this hotel were the staff ! They were always smiling , were so helpful and did a great job at the front desk. After a week i was quite sad to leave ! First visit to Taiwan, loved Taipei and can 100% recommended this hotel .

Stayed one night at this hotel again because of the great experience I had last year. Great location very close to Taipei main station and easy to take the express train to Taoyuan airport. I wasn’t aware that they are doing construction in the lobby from 9AM to 6PM until the middle of May before I booked but it didn’t really affect me due to my short stay. You can use laundry in the branch III next door but there is no access to their kitchen for snacks and drinks. Rooms are clean and the room with 2 single beds side by side was spacious for 2 people. Recommend booking on their website there’s always discounts and you get to do spin the wheel and win prizes when you check in. I got the 300 TWD off. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would come back if I return to Taipei in the future.

Great location as it's near taipei main station. Although we had to go branch 3 next door to use laundry and other facilities, the hotel rooms and service were excellent. Special thanks to the staff Nancy, Cindy, Jasmine and girl with glasses (didn't catch her name but thank you for always smiling and saying welcome home!) as they are all so helpful and kind!

We stayed at this hotel in April while the laundry and kitchen were under construction. Unfortunately, we had to use the laundry at the hotel next door, but all of the machines were occupied. The front desk was very helpful and offered to put our washed items into the dryer for us, which we really appreciated. It saved us the hassle of going back and forth to check if a machine had become available.

Stayed here before around 6 years ago and I was not disappointed again in May 2025. They have free washing machines and clothes driers in the hotel which is very convenient. They also provide free coffee, and free breakfast energy bars, free noodle snacks. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Very close to the Taipei main station just 5 mins away by foot so it's easy to get from the airport when taking the train. Just across the road is McDonald's. Make sure you book City inn branch III. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. ATM and 7-Eleven just nearby. Highly recommended.
