We stayed at this hotel when we went to see Tina the Musical with a 2 minute walk from hotel to theatre. The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful, David met us at the front door and booked us into our room and Russell’s assistance to my husband for the carpark which is next to hotel was great. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely large comfy bed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and will definitely stay again when need to have a night or two in the city. This is an amazing hotel in Melbourne. Great location , comfortable clean beds. Great kitchenette . Also tables and chair area with coffee machine in reception area. Loved this place. Will definitely be back.

Very modest and homely, budget-friendly accommodation with old-world charm. Clean and spacious rooms. Small and thoughtful touches throughout. Good service when I made a clumsy mistake with my online booking. Already booked my next stay.

Had a really great stay in this hotel Really glad to choose this place to stay The morning reception staff is friendly And there is a very good experience I asked for receiving mail before I checked and verified my ID Really appreciate this hotel's team member And the bed is good to sleep not too soft or hard,cozy comfy I wish I had booked here more days earlier And the coffee machine hot chocolate is really sweet! Also the room is soundproof enough I really had a great relax in here Look forward to coming back soon.

Location, location, location! We had a full on heavy weekend of theatre shows and City LImits was a short walking distant to everything. It was great to be able to go back to the room in between shows and relax. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean and warm. Beds and pillows super comfy. It was also a quiet a street so we got a good nights sleep. There was a proper coffee machine downstairs if you wanted a cappucino. The staff were friendly, helpful. Lots of good restaurants close by and the shopping hub also a short walk. This place is a gem!
