Great place to have your busy stay in Colombo when you're traveling from outstations. This is after my 5th visit and stay here and still it never fails to provide great care and service. Staff is also well trained and trustworthy. Reservation is also great. Foods are also well prepared even for the room service. Great view relaxing the mood every night and the day.

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing the High Tea Buffet at Cinnamon Red Colombo, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member I interacted with, from the entrance to the dining area, was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely polite. The buffet offered excellent value for money, with an impressive spread that balanced both quality and variety. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious, reflecting the care and creativity of the culinary team. Whether it was the savory bites, fresh pastries, or decadent desserts, every item showcased amazing flavor and craftsmanship. The overall cleanliness of the venue was also notable — the dining area, buffet stations, and common spaces were spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the experience. What stood out the most was the consistent politeness and professionalism of the servers. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that plates were cleared promptly and special requests were handled with a smile. In short, Cinnamon Red’s High Tea Buffet offers an exceptional experience — great food, excellent service, and real value. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and satisfying afternoon treat in Colombo.

I had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Red Colombo! A special thank you to Miss Shehani from the Front Office for her outstanding service—she truly made my stay extra special. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a city hotel. It’s perfect for both holidays and business trips. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff at the Front Office and restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. The interior is modern, eye-catching, and adds to the comfort. Overall, it was a memorable stay. Among all the city hotels I’ve visited, this is definitely one of the best in Colombo!

My family and I visited Cinnamon Red Hotel, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the buffet had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, and I would especially like to highlight Nethmini for her outstanding hospitality. She warmly welcomed us and served us with great care and kindness. The cocktails were also amazing — especially the Margarita and Bull Frog we tried. A big thank you to the restaurant team once again!
