We stayed for 3 nights at Cinnamon Grand with our family, and once again, our experience was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. As returning guests, we continue to be impressed by the consistent standard of excellent service and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to Client Relations Manager, Dumith, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. He regularly checked in with us to make sure all our needs were met, and his attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. The hotel’s restaurants and bars also delivered a fantastic dining experience, with both quality food and top-notch service. We would absolutely stay at Cinnamon Grand again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team—especially Dumith—for making our stay so memorable!
