I had a fantastic stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, cosy, and very comfortable. They come with all the essential amenities and are kept spotless thanks to daily housekeeping. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful—always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the main shopping malls in Pratunam like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Big C, and more. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store right around the corner, which is super handy for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel is also attached to a mall, which has some nice shopping options right on site. In-room dining was excellent, with a good variety and great flavour—perfect for when you want to unwind in your room. Transfers are easy—the hotel is about 45 minutes from BKK airport. You can take a Grab or Bolt taxi, and on the way back, the hotel can arrange a taxi for 500 baht including highway tolls, which is very convenient. Tips for future travelers: There's a spa on the ground floor, attached to the mall and run by a third party. They offer excellent massages at very affordable prices. If you're looking to relax after a long day of shopping, I highly recommend checking it out. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

It's my 1st time staying here for 3 nights. Everything is nice from Reception to Concierge. Room is big and clean. Very comfortable bed with great pillows. My room is on 17th floor with great view. Took train from airport directly less than 30mins, walk from station to hotel about less than 10mins. The hotel has many retail shops and massage parlour. If you want to have a quiet place to relax, visit this massage parlour instead. It is located right in front of the lobby entrance. Upon arrival, Concierge will collect your luggage and advise you to proceed to level 9 for check in. Thereafter, they sent up our luggage for us. Overall, we find this a good hotel to stay. After all, with all the great reviews, no regret.

Had a great 5 nights stay in centara. The hotel entrance is located in an alley which is not the best, but overall experience was still great. Reception is at level 9, but they have staff stationed at level 1 to assist with your luggage. Service had been pleasant and rooms were clean too. Was also surprised with the sweet birthday delights as my birthday falls during our stay here. Will definitely consider staying here again!

This hotel is in an ideal location—right in the heart of Pratunam, surrounded by street food, shopping, and affordable massage spots. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, and all the essential amenities were provided. The breakfast was also enjoyable ? We’d definitely stay here again! Our only wish is that it had a pool.

The location is in pratunam area. 10 minutes to Big C, 15 minutes to central world. 8 minutes to december. And near seven eleven. Bell boy and reception is very good service and help us. And after i breakfast there is one old man(don't know the reception or manager) very kind, help push the lift, and welcome visitor. The room very clean and comfortable. Good recommendation to choose this hotel
