My girlfriend and I visited Carlton Hotel to view the rooms before booking our stay. We approached the concierge for assistance and were helped by a staff member named Dream. Even though we initially only wanted to view one room, Dream took the time to show us several different room types and explained the perks of each one patiently and thoroughly. The service went above and beyond our expectations, and we truly appreciated Dream’s professionalism and kindness. Based on this experience, we feel very confident choosing Carlton Hotel for our upcoming stay. Thank you, Dream, for making our visit such a positive one!

We haven’t had the pleasure of staying at Carlton Hotel—yet! However, we feel compelled to leave a review due to the exceptional kindness and understanding shown by the team when we mistakenly booked this property instead of their sister hotel, Carlton City. Although the reservation was non-refundable, General Manager Darren Ware and his team went above and beyond by offering a full refund without any penalty. Their compassion and professionalism have left a lasting impression, and we look forward to staying at Carlton Hotel in the future because of this outstanding service.

I haven't been to their rooms. Their architecture and layout of the lobby is quite grand and, I think, built with large gatherings in mind. I loved what I saw. Staff were also were attentive to me, asking if I needed help promptly and unobtrusively upon my arrival. It'd be nice to spend a couple of nights there, for sure.

Staying here was the absolute best decision we made on our Singapore trip. The hotel is very nice, the club rooms with lounge access are absolutely worth it for the quieter breakfast but most importantly for the nice evening drinks and snacks. Our first room had a terrible view but we were switched to a much better view on the third night, definitely insist on a good view, it elevated our experience. Club rooms included free laundry for 2 pieces per guest per day, this was an absolute nice addition! Will definitely be back.
