Staff are amazing help and place is very clean. I really enjoyed my time there. Met many people and was always happy to spend time in the common areas. Bed areas are bigger than they look in pictures and you can sleep comfortably. Bathrooms were always clean which I appreciated. I will definitely return here if I go back to Gold Coast!!!

Great location for a budget accommodation, easily accessible tram stops nearby and right next to a shopping centre. All bathrooms and shared spaces were always very clean. Capsule bed was comfortable and private enough, despite housing so many people! Staff were very friendly and helpful and they have great deals for coffee and breakfast in the morning! Great place for backpackers staying short or longer term on the Gold Coast.

Big room of beds, initial impression was daunting at first but the staff and cleanliness of the place made it amazing. This hostel is ran just how a hostel should be. Fun safe and comfortable. I’ll be back for sure family!!!

It's been a great stay? I've been here for a week and it's been amazing! The Japanese guy who work in the reception it's just the best! Super profesional, able to manage delicate situations with the maximum of respect and tact.????♥️ Everywhere is pretty much always clean and tidy. The capsule are super private in comparison to the classic "hostel bunk beds"?? The only flawI found were the woman restroom sinks.. way to tiny! Doing the skin care routine, you can wash your feets at the same time. It could be useful to add some type of little hook to the walls of the capsules.
