Kinda new or renovated from old building. NO elevators at basement, only available at first floor. So don't carry to much bagage also no help from hotel staff. Arrived at night, exhausted, just to find out that can't park at basement because they were under process to sticker intallation on hotel facade. Had to carry our own luggage thru stairs also to the room. This hotel only provide room with no restaurant, so can't take a breakfast here. Far from any restaurant or food stall so u can just order via online. Elevetors was too small and only can afford 4 people or 2 people with carries. Small room, NO window, comfort bed, clean sheet, also got amenities like 2 towel, water heater, sugar, tea, coffee, 2 bottle of water, 2 teapot, spoon, tissue and liquid soap. Hot water works, AC super cold, TV need to set again or no picture showed, and sink was jam. Dirty spot at wall, dust at bed head and under it. Friendly owners but lazy staff. Located near Ancol or Dufan with affordable price.

Not far away from Ancol. Could be a pretty good choice to stay overnight after watching a concert at BCIS.

Reasonable room for a day, cheap, and convenient. The towels are too old to use. Recommended for solo and couples.
