I'm happy to be back for a second visit and found the service and cleanliness just as wonderful as my first time. However, there was an unpleasant odor in my pool villa. It smelled like a sewer or toilet issue. This really detracted from my overall experience. I hope this issue can be addressed quickly. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Great hotel with fabulous view over Pattaya bay. The hotel is very luxurious and new. It is a bit out of the way of the new town, about 5 minutes with a taxi, 20 minutes to walking street which is absolutely great so you have peace and quiet at nighttime. The two infinity pools are stunning. Food here is okay, we rather eat outside than in the hotel. Valet parking if you own a rental.

Seriously, I was impressed the moment I stepped into the hotel. The security guy was super helpful with parking, the check-in staff were friendly, housekeeping was sweet, and the restaurant staff were very nice. The room felt cozy, bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was fast, and the view was stunning. There are two pools and both have a chill vibe. Breakfast was awesome too, lots of choices and everything look good in asian style. Only thing that bugged me a bit was the bidet spray in the bathroom. It was super weak. Not sure if the hotel uses a separate water pump system for it or what, because the shower and sink had normal pressure. Even tried the one in the public restroom by the lobby, and it was the same. If they can fix that tiny thing, the place would be 100% perfect.
