Last time we stayed here was 2015. This stay was also great. We asked for deluxe room as did my Daughter as we were on holiday as a family together. They managed to get us as close as possible to each other, it worked out well. Great pools great tidy grounds with great staff, even though is much older accomdation we all felt it was perfect for what we needed.

We absolutely loved this resort and we enjoyed a fantastic family holiday there this past week with 10 adults and 6 children, staying in 5 of the 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments were clean and spacious and well appointed, the many pools had options for all temperatures and ages and the playground was a hit with the kids. The BBQ area has multiple BBQ's with a large seating area which we used every night. Location is perfect with just a 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair, 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to The Oasis and restaurants. A massive thankyou to Christina in reception who helped with last minute changes to our bookings and was a friendly and welcoming face on arrival! Our family are already planning our next stay here!

I have stayed here a number of times because it is so nice. So kid friendly it’s kid heaven! The pools are amazing 2 giant pools one warm one colder + 2 spas (one cozy cave spa one open spa) and the kids pools are great. The whole resort feels like a tropical paradise! The best part for the kids is there is a playground for the kids right next to the pool and barbecue area! We always stay in apartment 95 and I would definitely recommend requesting this apartment. It’s clean and nicely renovated and has a great big balcony to sit and have some drinks in the afternoon as the sun goes down. It is only a short walk to the beach and short walk to Oasis (Main restaurants and shops) and a very short walk to pacific fair as well which is one of the best shopping centres I’ve ever been to. It is also a great walk down to Mermaid beach as well. Would 100% recommend staying here if you want the North Queensland tropical resort vibe but in the heart of Broadbeach!

Really enjoyed our stay wish it was longer. The complex was ideally located within walking distance to shopping centre and beach. The amenities were amazing and loved our one bedroom apartment with an outdoor space to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend and will definitely return.?
