One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in during my visit in Tanjung Pinang. Located in the heart of the city, I was thoughtfully greeted by the warmth and professional staff in a manner that left me quite impressed. The room itself is quite comfortable with huge windows that allows natural light. Bed is comfortable, such that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night (as I am a light sleeper). A little drawback is the air-conditioner, in my opinion, is not cold enough. However this is a minor issue as I do sweat a lot. Overall the stay was very enjoyable. Did i mention the receptionist is very professional and very thoughtful?

Overall experience was above average. Value for money accommodation. Room was big. Was greeted by a driver when i arrived in Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. The distance from port to hotel was less than 5km. Took only 15 minutes to arrive hotel. The driver was friendly. Stayed for 2 nights and getting to places were easy using the app Maxim which is way popular than Grab. Went gallivanting at night to nearby shops. Area looks pretty quiet at first but after 5mins walk, then entered a busy street called ‘Potong Lembu’ buzzling with street hawkers and young crowds enjoying seafood. Hotel Check-out was a breeze and were transported to ferry terminal. The shuttle service was free but it is only polite to tip the driver.

Best budget hotel in Tanjung Pinang. Close to Akau Potong Lembu, Tomo Japanese Restaurant. Clean,simple and comfy room. They provide free transfer between hotel amd ferry terminal

Good location, less than 10 mins drive away from ferry terminal (there are e-hailing rides like Grab & Gojek in Tg. Pinang), with many eateries nearby. Bed is comfortable. Room's sound insulation not good, could hear sound from passing vehicles plus loud talking, laughing & screaming in the middle of the night. Cleanliness generally good except for dusty surfaces. Very importantly, room has no cigarette smoke. It has a mini fridge & safe. Bathroom is clean, comes with semi shower partition & good water pressure. No sewage smell. Good tv & wifi signal in room. A/C works well. Breakfast provided. Staff from front desk, dining & housekeeping helpful & friendly, special mention to Santoso & Yunus. Overall value-for-money & pleasant stay.
