I stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The elevator, lobby, and restaurant all felt clean. The staff were kind and helpful, which made my stay even better. I used the restaurant daily, both for dine-in and in-room service, and the meals were consistently delicious. I also used their laundry service a couple of times—it was quick and convenient, with pick-up from my room and return by the end of the day or the next day. The gym was small but clean and equipped with everything. The location is excellent. There's a 7/11 just steps from the lobby and a currency exchange within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

everything thing since the arrival was great. nice hotel nice staff and so clean. location is good just 15 minutes walk to terminal 21 and then you access to anywhere in pattaya. All over grate place I would like to book this hotel again.

This is a pretty decent hotel with a breakfast buffet, which is not included. There’s a swimming pool, but it’s usually busy with a lot of kids. The location is near a few Chinese restaurants.

I am an expert traveler in Thailand. I have been speaking, writing and reading Thai 40 years. I’ve been all over the country many times. I have at least a few hundred friends or more in Thailand. In Pattaya, I know a family. I came to visit them. I chose the Best Western Plus because it was a few streets away from the “nightlife” and “noise.” I gave the location 4 stars because the location is a 25 minute walk to the mall (Terminal 21). To get to the mall and “walking streets,” you will need to grab a taxi (Uber, Grab, Bolt). Because I speak Thai, I grab motorcycle boys to take me quickly into the busy areas. Taxi’s are very inexpensive here ($3.75) to most places. The girls in the hotel will help you. This hotel maybe the hidden gem of Thailand. The rooms are immaculate. Beds are very comfortable. Thailand is known for firm beds and pillows. But this location has nice soft beds. Wow! The bathroom is incredible. I loved the waterfall shower with good water pressure. I would say the best bathrooms in all of Thailand. Great curtains to block light. Very nice swimming pool and more. Quiet and relaxing. Best of all is the staff. So kind, helpful, adorable, and caring. Next door is a 7-11 for quick snacks. Air-con, and hot water is amazing and the technologies are top notch! If I were an influencer, I would push this place! You will not be disappointed. When they call this place “Best,” it may actually be “Best!. เลิศหรูสุดยอดดีที่สุดในเมืองไทย… สิบดาววววครับ

My first time here and the first impressions were very positive. Good variety of food within few minutes walk of the hotel. 7 Eleven just next door, Big C express in a petrol station few minutes walk away. Love the private parking with a guard. Mattress is firm, great shower. Not happy that toothbrush and comb are not provided. Reception crew very polite and friendly. Baffled why the toilet is see through.
