We did not get the chance to stay at the Banyan hotel , was fully booked even 2 months prior. But we came to try the Banyan Spa. And it was the best spa experience we had. The receptionist, Phoebe and Heena were very friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. They make sure everything is perfect and that we are taken care well of. Even booked us the restaurant after the treatment. Wow. And the spa room is super spacious, with a lot of amenities and steam room. Our therapists, Chaba and Laima are super skilled, can speak great english, very thoughtful as well always making sure we are comfortable and getting the best experience. Laima even told me stretching tips to make my stiff shoulder better. They truly have given an excellent service and the sincerity of their hearts. Definitely recommended for spa lovers or even first timers! Keep it up!

Excellent hotel and excellent service Iwas going down to the lobby and I accidentally went to the wrong floor and an old kind lady went down with me to the elevator. The room is excellent and the pool in the room is great. You would probably get lost in the room

10000000000/10 experience at the Banyan Tree Spa. The whole experience starting from when you choose your treatment to the treatment itself was very thoughtful. Pepper was really attentive and nice throughout my treatment. I felt super taken care of. The food amenities at the end were also really delicious.

Ultimate relaxation destination in Macau. From the moment we arrived at the Banyan Tree, we were immersed in a welcoming atmosphere that transported us straight to the heart of Thailand. While the initial burst of energy and cultural immersion was exhilarating, it was the gradual unfolding of tranquillity that made our stay truly unforgettable. Our suite featured an elegantly extended wading pool overlooking the canal, which our baby loved to play in, creating a peaceful retreat that felt worlds away from the bustling casinos. The deep wooden bathtub added a luxurious touch, providing a sense of serene abandonment during use. We were delighted by the thoughtful extras provided for our 10-month-old, including a tent, crib, teddy bear, and numerous other little touches. Extra kudos to the hotel for their luxurious toiletries—some of which we couldn't resist taking back with us. The butlers, all of whom were fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and very well trained, ensured that everything went smoothly. The hotel’s thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail in every corner ensured that each moment felt like a soothing escape. The expansive spa offered a state of deep relaxation, allowing us to fully unwind and savour the peaceful surroundings. The dining options were excellent, and I managed to get my laps in at their indoor pool. The gym had a good array of machines, and although I typically prefer free weights, the relaxation-focused nature of our holiday made me appreciate the options available. Overall, the Banyan Tree Macau provided the perfect sanctuary to recharge and embrace the serene moments that we all cherished.
