My stay at Avani Kalutara was a bit of a mixed experience. The first impression wasn’t great, as the check-in process was quite frustrating. The person at the front desk seemed to have no idea what they were doing, which resulted in a 30-minute wait just to get our room sorted. Definitely not the smooth start we were hoping for. On a positive note, Prasad, the bellboy, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, helpful, and did his best to calm us down after the rocky start. His customer service truly stood out and made a difference. The location of the hotel is excellent for families. It’s peaceful, with a nice atmosphere, and the beach is easily accessible. The pool was very kid-friendly, with various activities to keep them entertained, which was a huge plus for us.

We had a lovely stay at Avani the atmosphere was calm and relaxing perfect for a family getaway. What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture of providing a birthday cake for our little one. It made the celebration extra special and memorable. The staff were friendly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience for us. We’ll definitely be back again

Their professionalism and warmth made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. ? The service? Flawless. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. ?️ The food? Simply divine! A special shout-out to the Head Chef, who took the time to personally sit with us before the big day to walk us through every dish — his passion and creativity truly came through in every bite! Rishan was there every step of the way, making sure no stone was left unturned. We felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. ? Wonderful service, friendly and attentive staff, rooms and building clean and well maintained, a lovely cot with baby pillow, and the food was excellent too. We had a great time at Avani and a welcome surprise to find a kids club for our toddler and infant, they really enjoyed this service, the team, especially Miss Nuwani :) have put together a lovely program.
