Could not fault it. The check in process was so easy and the staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, walking to restaurants and activities. The rooms are spacious, clean and had amazing amenities. The pool was 27 degrees and glorious.

Excellent customer service and a great location—close to bars, the beach, PacFair, and restaurants. Try to book a room facing the beach, as the rooms on the other side are noisy at night due to the rev heads speeding along the highway. The rooms are spacious and clean. They include a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, a large TV, and a separate living area from the kitchen and bedrooms. It is popular, especially around Christmas time, so if you need an extra bed, try and book it earlier.

This place was incredible , modern , close to everything , hotel with fantastic food, pokies etc. A well deserved “thank you”, to the beautiful young lady on reception “Diksha”, you were such a welcoming happy , and more than happy to help make this weekend just amazing , for my husbands birthday , very thankful & appreciated !! Sean was thrilled & loved his surprise ?? Thank you team, take a bow !

Really beautiful hotel with spacious rooms with great in room facilities. Paid Parking onsite and within walking distance to Pacific fair and the beach. 24hr check in and simple process to check in and out.
