Great place to stay. Kate was a lovely host. The room with a balcony is beautiful and facilities are super clean and tidy. Plenty of space in the kitchen and breakfast provided. I'd definitely stay again!

What a wonderful time we had staying here. Kate is the perfect host and went out of her way to make our whole party of seven comfortable while we were here. Her breakfasts were amazing and her kindness is what makes all the difference when deciding on a place to stay. I cannot recommend this place more highly. A home away from home in a perfect location. Thank you Kate for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back. And to Steve who helped us get to and from the airport with ease.. Biggest thanks from us all.

This is a special place where you will feel exceptionally well catered for with unexpected yet unobtrusive extra touches. We have stayed here several times, and every time, found it spotless, quiet, great value, and secure. Kate is an especially standout host. I have stayed at hundreds of similar places all over NZ over the last four decades. This is clearly tops.
