An Impressive Stay at Anantara Siam I recently stayed at the Anantara Siam Bangkok with friends in March, and I must say, they were absolutely impressed with every aspect of this hotel. From the moment we stepped into the stunning lobby, we were captivated by the beautiful blend of traditional Thai elegance and modern luxury. The renovated rooms were equally remarkable - spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could wish for. It’s evident that the hotel has put great effort into maintaining a fresh and inviting atmosphere while preserving its signature charm. One of the standout features of Anantara Siam is its unbeatable location - truly one of the best in Bangkok. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Skytrain, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, visit major attractions, and access shopping districts. Whether you’re looking to indulge in local cuisine or simply soak in the vibrant city vibe, everything is within reach. To top it off, the service was impeccable, with staff going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Anantara Siam to anyone visiting Bangkok.
A great choice if staying in Bangkok. Plenty of restaurants on property or nearby. The hotel has a great lobby with a bar. Malls and shopping are within walking distance. The concierge can book tours. There is a very nice breakfast off the lobby, or the lounge has a breakfast. The lounge is very nice with very attentive staff. The second floor has the spa and the pool area which is very tropical. We stayed at one of the pool level suites which opens to a lush garden. A quiet haven in the middle of the city. The suite was large, a few plumbing issues. The hotel uses an app, but you can also call and talk to someone. The app was pretty nice as it alerted you to when your room had been cleaned, or laundry picked up. The lounge had cocktails and food from 5:30-7:30, which many business people took advantage of.
If I could give Anantara 100 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel during my first visit to Thailand, and I’m so glad we chose it. From check-in to check-out, the experience was nothing but exceptional. We stayed in the Garden Terrace Room, which was not only beautiful but also came with the lounge access which is a fantastic bonus that offered a great variety of food and drinks, all served by the most welcoming staff. A special shoutout to Lyn, who greeted us with open arms every single time. I want to extend my thanks to the entire staff for their incredible hospitality, from the attention to detail and genuine care (even helping us during our first motorcycle ride!) to the impeccable cleanliness of the property. A very special thank you to Eak, who was always ready with tips about the city and helped us organize a day trip to Pattaya with a lot of patience and kindness. Beyond the amazing service, the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of malls, shops, and restaurants. And if you prefer to stay in, the hotel’s amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and gym are wonderful to explore. We’re already excited to come back!
Back here at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel again. I emailed Kate prior to my trip and even though she wasn't working on the day of my arrival, she and the team made sure I was well taken care of. They gave me a multiple tiered upgrade to the Suite that felt more like Red rather than Titanium membership (I really appreciate the new experience!) Shout out to: Elle and May for taking care of me at the check-in counter. Pamela for bringing me to Kasara lounge and taking care of my check-in VIP style. Nay & Mo and others I didn't manage to catch the names of at Kasara for your hospitality during the afternoon tea and evening canapes. And my BIGGEST shoutout to Kate who was the main person who made me want to stay here again and also to Anand for his elevated hospitality before and during this trip! Only issue I had is, as other regulars have reviewed is the significant reduction of breakfast options. I think for a new stay it is well sufficient but it's definitely a downgrade from the "good old days". I'm a small eater so it didn't matter much to me. It was just the less impressive optics. I 100% will be back here again if I come back to Bangkok. If my situation improves, to even stay more nights!
The Iconic Anantara Siam has been a dream come true. Being a part of this hotel group i feel really proud to be sharing my personal experiences from the welcome to the last day. It has been great the rooms were spotless and the service is very genuine. A must try experience. Since it was only a 3 nights stay and most of it was for work related haven't had the opportunity to experience the other restaurants or spa. But will definitely be back in the future..
