Location was perfect as it was very close to the station. You can tell the room has some history but still well-maintained. The hotel helped me receive some packages and put them in my room before my check-in. It was thoughtful. The bellboy was amazing too! He was always smiling and greeting us with hospitality! I worked in a hotel too. He is an exemplary staff you could ever wish for. I stayed in Hilton in Hiroshima a week before and I did not experience this kind of hospitality. Keep up the good work?

Overall a top hotel. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast is yummy with a mix of English and Japanese options. The service is amazing with employees going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Located across from the main train station is also great as you have tons of restaurants and shopping only 5 min walking.

Currently, there is no ANA Crowne Plaza hotel located directly in Kagawa Prefecture. However, the ANA Crowne Plaza Okayama is a nearby upscale option that may suit your needs. Situated in Okayama City, it's approximately 45–60 minutes from Takamatsu via train or ferry, making it a convenient choice for travelers visiting Kagawa.​ Location: Directly connected to JR Okayama Station, offering easy access to transportation.​ Dining: Features two on-site restaurants serving Japanese and international cuisine, along with a stylish bar.​ Amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, concierge services, and currency exchange.​ Proximity to Attractions: Close to Okayama Convention Center, Takashimaya department store, and a short drive to Korakuen Garden.​

An old hotel, but personally I found that the basic room was a bit more spacious than the ones I stayed in the newer hotels. The location is very convenient, right at Okayama station. They have kindly provided late check-out at 1pm upon request.
