STUPENDOUS, AMAZING & FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE The service was indeed beyond extraordinary and excellent.. The private pool, the forest and also the nature I love all of them! One thing that I like was the fast response from the team, in 5 minute they can confirmed my stay eventhough in short notice. The staff was friendly and never give up to fulfill myself and my family hospitality. Top of the service , they able to service breakfast at your doorstep....kudos guys me and my family very much enjoyed to stay here with rated of 5 diamond of hospitality. The most amazing place with staff who are amazingly helpful and supportive. A stunning location, the villa was beautiful, private and with an amazing sunset view. Breakfast in the villa was good and we felt so relaxed and spoilt being there. Highly recommend.

The resort itself is a tropical paradise, but what truly sets it apart is the heart and dedication of the staff. One of the most touching moments of our stay was the beautiful surprise they prepared for us—on my birthday, they went above and beyond to decorate our bed with fresh leaves and flowers, spelling out “Happy Birthday” in the most elegant and thoughtful way. It was a gesture that showed their incredible attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. It wasn’t just a service; it was an act of kindness that made our special day even more memorable. Every aspect of our stay was impeccable, from the cozy and well-maintained rooms to the stunning views, delicious food, and serene atmosphere. The staff always greeted us with smiles and made sure every need was met. Their hospitality was truly world-class. My husband and I had the most incredible time at Ambong Pool Villas! We chose this beautiful rainforest resort for our honeymoon and first-year anniversary for 7 days and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The experience of immersing ourselves in nature, with the sights and sounds of wildlife just outside our door, was absolutely magical. We were treated to a breathtaking view of the sunset right from our bedroom and infinity pool – a perfect way to unwind each day. We were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including complimentary decorations, fruits, sweets, and wine, as well as an evening of high tea – all of which made our time there feel extra special. The housekeeping, pool cleaning, and pest control staff were fantastic, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurant staff and the front desk were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel like royalty. A special mention must go to Mr. Prem, whose outstanding management and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. From arranging our tours to ensuring we had the best services, he truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon and anniversary celebration perfect. We highly recommend Ambong Pool Villas for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious vacation, especially if you're newlyweds. Ambong Pool Villas is a true hidden gem ?✨. Nestled in nature, the villas are spacious, private, and peaceful. Being situated on a jungled hill means immersion in wildlife sights and sounds (cicadas, birds, monkeys), constant sea breeze and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea (you can see Pulau Tepor and Chenang Beach if from sunset facing villa). A sunset dinner on the rooftop of Rimba restaurant is a must for the super delicious (and huge portion) food and awesome view. For our third visit , we especially loved the farm tour and cooking class—big thanks to Rose, Prem and crew for making it so fun and informative. Service is top-notch and surpasses that of most luxury 5-star big chains. A huge appreciation goes to Ismail, Prem, Nizal, Li, Rasel, and the rest of the incredible team for making us feel so welcome and cared for ?. We’ll definitely come back soon.
