We loved the hotel! The staff, the amenities, the breakfast were very good. As many other hotels the rooms are quite small but this is the norm here so it’s okay. You should know that they do not put water bottles but a water tank that you can refill on the 8th floor where 3 laundry machines are located. The cafe turns into a bar in the evening and the vibes are lovely. We‘d come again!

Loved my stay here with my 5yo son. Rooms are small, but for me that was part of the experience - welcome to Tokyo! Bed was big enough for two of us to sleep in. Restaurant and coffee place were good. Staff are all super friendly, helpful, and speak English. Location is great if you want to be in Shibuya - walking distance to everything but a block removed from the madness for a little peace and quiet. For me this was a 10/10, no notes.

Rooms are small, but that’s standard for Tokyo. Clean and comfortable enough for what we needed. The setup downstairs was the best part — good coffee in the morning, and at night, a laid-back bar with local beers and a few solid hazy IPAs. Really liked being able to grab a drink and chill at one of the tables while the kids hung out nearby with a juice or snack. It’s rare to find a place that lets you unwind like that as a parent — definitely a bonus.
