Exception service, friendly and helpful staff. From the day of check in until check out we feel satisfied. The room, facilities and breakfast is awesome! Plus their buffet dinner is exceptional. Location is very convenient. Outside the hotel have a mini Thai street foods and walking distance to Terminal 21. Surely we will comeback to this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Akara Hotel Pattaya, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took my breath away. The hotel's modern design and elegant decor create a luxurious atmosphere, and the amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room, which was both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking were a great bonus! The location is perfect-close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. Modern and luxurious hotel with a wide range of services. Rooms are complete with all necessary amenities and with super convenient room automation from the nightstand. I really appreciated the modern look of all venues and spaces, that were modern and not kitsch. Breakfast was quite extensive, but warm courses were often not warm and i would have liked a more complete selection of sweet dishes. The staff was very friendly and courteous, always carrying out requests in short time. Overall a very pleasant stay and would come back again.

Excellent service. Wonderful view. Highly recommended. We booked a room to celebrate my partner’s birthday and we got a complimentary room upgraded to honeymoon suite with birthday setup and cake! The room has a stunning view! It comes with standalone bathtub which is pretty nice. We didn’t have any problems with the drainage like other reviews but maybe because we stayed only one night. Overall, we were so pleased with the room we had. Barracuda bar on 24th floor has a pretty good view of the sea and city with nice service, except that they allowed guests to smoke next to the bar which is not a nice experience for people who don’t like the smell of cigarettes. Breakfast buffet has extensive options. It was crowded around 9am and not many tables left. But we were satisfied with food options we got. Didn’t take long for check in and out. But it took a while to get our car back from valet parking. Although the staffs are so friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience. We would like to comeback again!

Superb Top 5 star. Rooms are very neat and tidy. If the bathroom with the shower can exchange location will be even better. But already great. Service are extraordinary. With a professional standard of service and smile. Location it's perfectly connected. You can walk within 4 minutes to closer mall. This is the place to be
