I had a great stay at 45 Times Square Hotel in New York City. They allowed me to check in early since the room was already ready, which was very convenient. You can also leave your luggage at the front desk if needed. I really liked the interior design of the bathroom—very nice and modern—and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The room might feel a bit small if you have two or more large pieces of luggage, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. No problems with noise either; I slept very well throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable and smooth experience! Super close to Times Square!!!

We had an issue with our first room being way too hot, and the morning staff unfortunately didn’t offer much help they just told us to try fixing it ourselves. But later that night, we spoke with Lizette at the front desk, and she was seriously amazing. She was super sweet, welcoming, and immediately offered to move us to a new room with no hesitation. She genuinely cared and made us feel comfortable, not rushed or brushed off like some others did. Out of everyone we interacted with, Lizette was by far the most professional and kind. Her attitude and customer service deserve recognition thank you again, Lizette!

No complaints. Service is just wonderful. Everyone at the front desk is great. Our room in upper floor was actually pretty quiet. Only thing is the bigger rooms don't have more counter space or storage, so I'm not sure that's worth it.

I have given the room 4 stars due to the fact I had to climb to get in bed, and climb on bed to open window, very strange bed set up. Staff were amazing, I lost my passport and Evelyn the receptionist phoned the taxi company and airport, I was very lucky it was found. Location was great too, literally around the corner from time square, it’s near everything you need, chemist, pubs, shops, and walking distance or bus rides to attractions. I would stay here again.

This is a great, clean and fancy hotel with fabulous walking distance to a lot in Time Square. The walls and hallways have lots of prints which could seem trippy, but it was neat. The king room bedroom was spacious and clean, with a nice hot water kettle, microwave, large tv, and fridge. They also have an iron. The bathroom was large with a huge walk in shower that had an overhead shower head which was nice. Although the hallways smelt like someone was smoking weed, it felt clean. They provided complimentary water bottles in the room with a thank you snack. They also provided nice luggage storage for me while I was out and about on the day of check out. I’d stay here again the next time I’d visit!! It was affordable for its location and very clean. The staff were helpful too. Not to mention Nick Jonas was across the street leaving his broadway show and I stopped to see him!!!
