Great hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. Truly great service! The rooms are nice with all the necessary things needed. It was clean and quiet. The view over looking the park was really great. Close proximity to food and shopping and If you want something bot within walking distance Taiwan has a wonderful public transportation system.

Had to book this hotel last minute as there was a leak at where I was planning to stay. The room was ready right away after I booked and when I checked in they were kind enough to upgrade me to another room. The room was spacious enough and well equipped. Everything was fairly clean but you can tell the rooms and furniture were quite worn. Free breakfast included had plenty of options. One of the best locations in Taipei, just steps to the subway, Daan park and tons of food options. Do be aware that there may be mosquitoes in the room though as it's near the park, I had to kill four of them during my one night stay which was totally unexpected especially during winter...

It was very impressive with support from your staff ( especially to Ms. Victoria for a wonderful help and guideline to Elephant mountain by a letter guideline) .
